Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 1.8 NOT A TOP TIER HOUSE AT ALL. I'm sorry but these guys seem to think they are popular now because they were a few years ago, but they aren't at all. Fiji/SAE/SigEp/KSig are all wayyyy ahead of them.
