Actually in Delt here and the self ranking needs to chill out. Very middle tier house, better brotherhood than most, not the top tier popular on campus but still socially active. Shootin straight

This is simply the best frat on campus. I've never meet more guys who are more welcoming to anyone, and they make everyone feel at home. Every guys is so smart and dedicated to school, while they also throw unreal parties with dope themes. I go to delt every weekend, and I wouldn't give up my friends for the world. AND they rock at humo... basically all legends.

Solid middle I'd say, maybe upper middle. They throw really fun themed parties and are pretty welcoming about who can come, as long as you're on the list. It kind of sucks sometimes cus there will be like 25 guys and 100+ girls, but they always serve wine which is GREAT

Great group of guys, never hear anything bad about them. Great parties and brotherhood only thing holding them back is there house location. definitely on the up and coming, next semester will be a big one for them
