Let's be real. Delta Sig is a fraternity made of geeds. They have no real house on campus and will be hoping around house to house each year. They are bottom of the bottom. I'm sorry but ATO, Kappa sig, Shady are better than them. And if you look on this site, you will see that they live on here

No fraternities or sororities are going to "rise through the ranks" like people talk about. Maybe 1 or 2 spots but these things take 5-10 years to happen. In the last 5 years, with the exception of fraternities that basically get token over by well known frats, not one frat definitively changed tiers. Top is still theta chi, phi psi, Fiji, pike. Top mid is still sigep, alpha sig (psi u). Below that is chi phi, chi psi, phi delt and so it goes on. Literally the same minus some frats that got kicked off. All this talk is bs optimism that won't happen because the system is rigged

Lol nah not in phidelt. Phidelt's position hasn't changed much in the last 5 years either, they were with zeta a few years ago and now they're with them again, kinda funny how they're trying to make it seem like they've improved so much recently

I'd argue that DTD has moved up quite a bit. Probably DU as well. My freshman year, they were both bottom. Now you could argue that they're somewhere near middle tier.

I'll concede that some bottom frats can and do break through into lower middle tier, but that's about it. DU and maybe DTD have both done that

I m a senior DU and DTD have middle tier since i was a freshman, so have they really moved?

Nobody is going to Lambda Chi or Kappa Sig compared to Delta Sig on welcome week. Yes, they still have a ways to go, but there is no way that they will be bottom of the bottom after this semester.
