Phi had the best pc this year so I wouldn't say they're falling at all. Skrappa is below axo and always has been. DG is over XO. Theta isn't falling because they only compete with kappa and SDT for girls and SDT won't have rush.

basically u are right, i would argue that chi o is above dg but also theta does compete with chi o as well so the sdt being suspended thing could maybe benefit chi o too, mostly it will benefit deeph and aephi because half the japs will have no where to go
