Worth COB in fall?

I rushed last sem but dropped pretty early cuz I was lowkey just super busy. I have some friends in greek life and realized I wanna be a part of it. I heard that last sem the PCs and stuff for super big since so many girls rushed. Do you guys think it’s worth doing COB a sorority next sem? If so, which ones are doing it? I lowkey want like upper mouse, and I know a couple girls in SK and AXO. I also heard that a handful of girls transferred from michigan in general so there might be spots. Thoughts? Also, would I look stupid COB as a sophomore?
