Rushing as a soph

If your an incoming transfer 100% you honestly might even have a better chance of getting a bid since you’d be more accustomed to college experiences and would come off better. If you didn’t transfer it depends on situation like did u rush before are you planning on re rushing frats you already rushed if so probably chances are Lower. If you never rushed before and didn’t transfer people might question the change in heart but you would still have decent odds of getting a bid. Overall if you fit in where u rush you’ll get a bid.

Ngl dude depending on where you rushed as a freshman I would go down a tier in the frats you are looking at. Generally all the frats in the top tier are gonna be looking for the same type of dudes so if you got rejected as a freshman you will for sure get rejected as a sophomore. If you dod try 2 tops last year maybe go for like lambda or asig this year. And if you tried middle frats go to like zbt or xi this time

To answer your other comment I couldn’t reply to that one but i rushed d chi and fiji and i was thinking about phi delt tke lambda sammy and pike. What ones would you recommend don’t rush

You are likely gonna get a bid from lambda so think of that as your safety. I would probably drop either tke or phi delt from the list your choice, just because 5 frats is too many to rush and your attention is gonna be too divided. Sammy and pike you probably have a good shot but both of those are better than dchi, so dont go thinking its gonna be easy. Im just thinking if you didnt get a dchi bid then you probably arent getting a phi delt or tke bid so it would be smart to cut on of those and keep only one as a stretch, and then target sammy and pike, and have lambda as your backup

Meant to say maybe dont go with the top top frats and instead target the lower top ones like fiji pike or sammy

The top frats still accept sophomores don’t limit yourself to anywhere since your a soph doesn’t rly mean anything if you fit in ppl will take you

Yeah but he already got walked at fiji and dchi as a freshman so its extremely unlikely to get bids from better frats than those as a sophmore

There are many different opinions on what the top frats are or the lower tops. Ignore the fake rankings or what people are claiming; just figure out where your best fit is as early as possible in the process.
