Beta closed, and never seen anyone outside or having a darty when they were there. Did another frat take over their house?

it was a Latino frat that was throwing in beta’s yard.

Shady and Sig Chi didn’t even throw a darty. It was literally only TDX who was doing a 3x3 and Hispanic Lambda and Hispanic Beta who rented out that house.
