Why are we blaming Dchi
by: Dchi PresidentLiterally every frat and bar on campus serves alcohol to minors and the people saying stuff are probably minors that drink alcohol. Honestly on his friends for not making sure he was okay. No one told him to drink or to leave in only a t shirt.
