How do I do COB??

How does COB work? Should I reach out to sororities that I am interested in?

It's too late for any sorority that participated in formal rush. Starting today, they have to stop to allow Theta to recolonize. It's possible Deeph is also doing COB now, but I'm not sure. Theta is the best bet now.

Both Theta and Deeph are recruiting but I think they are the only two allowed to cob right now
