i can’t give you good advice unless you breakdown what houses you were invited to for each round.

Don't be looking for a COB from a house that dropped you. Go check out Theta and see what you think about the other girls that will form the establishing class. If you click with them you will enjoy it.
Theta will be fine. They will get their old house back and start fresh. They would not be reestablishing here without the full support of their nationals (who pulled their charter in the first place for absolutely abysmal behavior) and without the vote of all the sororities here to be allowed back.

Cob spots for other houses are not guaranteed and will be very competitive this year if there are any.
