Looks, looks, looks...everyone at Phi wants to be considered hot and around people that are hot. Phi is all about skinny, blonde and money

It's a label, brand...makes people feel good about themselves

Their nationals put out a memo (see Reddit) about 10 years ago telling each chapter to recruit based on looks, and it completely changed the make up and reputation of APhi across the country. Phi used to be bottom at most colleges, now APhi is top at most schools, but it's all based on looks, not sisterhood.
