What's up with dphie

by: Umich28

What is the deal with dphie? Why didn't they participate in rush? Seems like it messed the balance up.
Also, have they been in Theta's house? Will they have to move out?

Yes, they have to move out. Theta will renovate for a year and then the chapter will move in (likely fall 2027). I don't know what Theta will do until then.

Lol.....i can see you not knowing some of those school, but Seton Hall you should have heard of (divison 1 in the Big East Conference). Also to educate you, DPHIE has the active chapters in both NY and NJ than any other NPC sorority, and our UGA chapter had just completed renovation on our house. so we are doing quite well thank you.

So dphie is one of the smallest members of NPC and a majority of their chapters are at smaller schools. Because of this their organization is much better suited for these schools, it’s what they are good at. I would not say it is accurate that they are consistently ’bottom’ houses. It is just that the chapters you hear of are at big schools. Greek life is not just for large schools!

Are u the person who posted on the Uga page about the dphie renovations and telling ppl to visit? We know ur like an alumni or advisor trying to help out the dphie girls here but living on greekrank and defending on their behalf as someone who isn’t in the chapter doesn’t help.
