pref kd, zeta & pi phi

I'm hoping to get 1 or 2 of the three Saturday morning. I've met nice girls in each one. Are they all pretty much the same? The house capacity is pretty low for KD and Zeta. Do a lot of pledges live together in apartments or houses?

My friend in zeta said there’s a second house (next to xi). I don’t think they are allowed to talk about it though
