How is Phi Psi still top???

I just don’t get how they are still the consensus number 1 ranked fraternity. The guys are douchey, parties are average, and their pledging is awful. I know other houses such as pike,fiji,asig,and ox all have hard pledgeship too, but phi psi literally beats them. I’m confused.

ive never met an actually attractive phi psi guy and the parties are terrible it’s actually so disappointing every time to go there
