Phi Delt: Actual Facts

From what i’ve gathered, Phi Delt’s merger with OX has all of the rising sophomores officially joining the frat. While the pgp situation is still unclear, Phi Delt didn’t have a pgp before so the assumption is being made that Tri Delt doesn’t have any better options.

Honestly, I think they’ll start as a mid tier frat for the fall. Depending on the type of parties they throw, who they mix with, and how their rush goes could make or break them as a top 5 house on campus.
