They died out of low membership in the 70s or 80s and came back

There is and will be a first for Frats that never were kicked off. Only time will tell.

asig and lambda have not been kicked from what I know.

Lambda was kicked in 1994 and ASig recolonized in the 90s so they were gone at some point

But one thing that is certain is that every single bottom frat has been kicked before, hence why they’re bottom frats now

Pretty much. Beta, Phi Delt, SNu, SAE and Sig Chi were all top houses back in the day.

That was in the past and we don't live in the past, we live in the now. some day those frats may, just may be top again, but that won't be for quite some time.
