Top frat, bottom frat.

Every top frat was a bottom frat 20 years ago, and every bottom frat was a top frat 20 years ago.

Frats get banned for doing crazy stuff. It always happens. The top frats 20 years ago, are now, in fact, the bottom ones (since they got reinstated with more rules)

Be careful. Changes tend to happen when bad decisions occur.

Yup, unfortunately top houses can’t last long these days. Beta, Sig Chi, SAE, Sig Nu, Lambda and Phi Delt were once the cream of the crop but are shadows of their former selves at best.

The ironic part is that Greek life is a lot tamer than it was in the 70s/80s - pledging back then was WAY more brutal and academics were easier leaving more time to party.

Chi Psi and Beta used to be the OX and Phi Psi of the 90s and 00s, and now they’re not even allowed to tailgate at their houses anymore.

I hope ASIG gets the same outcome
