Does every frat have winter rush?

I am looking for information about winter rush, other than Facebook and friends where do I find out about parties?

Find a list of frats you're interested in, join the Facebook groups, the rush chair's number should be in there. Actually go out and text the rush chair. Don't just go by the Facebook group sometimes you gotta remind them you exist
