phi like dirty rushes every year. if you havent gotten an under the table bid (like met with a girl before hand about getting in) you're most likely not getting in. they handpick their pc pretty far ahead of rush.

like someone else said, if you’re gonna be in phi you already know it (well most of them maybe there’s 3 or 4 they find during rush). they want a specific type of girl and if ur not tht then they’ll fake being nice but they don’t care abt u. they do not COB so don’t count on it

dont bank on cob for any house! no guarantees for any house if they even will do cob because so much comes down to numbers
