Ladies stop putting eachother down

We don’t talk about this enough but srat girls we really need to stop putting down in Greek life. The way we rank srats based solely on looks is really just saying that we have no value outside of our looks.
Sucks that some srats (aphi) literally nationally rush girls based on looks but Idk about u guys but I think we should be much more than just a pretty face. Not to take pointers from the guys but it seems like frat ranks are a lot more about personality and way less about looks.

I actually ended up dropping my sorority for this reason. While I definitely loved the friends I found, the culture created by srats (esp the “top” ones) just feels like girls have no respect for themselves or other women and spend a lot of their time bashing other girls (sometimes even girls in their own chapter)

Most southern sororities do really prioritize finding your people. I don’t think anyone is joining the top tiers here to find people with similar interests, just because they need to try to believe they’re better than other people. A lot of the bottom and lower middle tier ones here are actually focused on sisterhood and finding people with similar interests and majors, but that’s it.
