fixing this slightly from whoever posted originally

top houses:
phi psi, theta chi,aepi,dke,fiji,asig,pike

mid houses:
lambda,xi,du,dchi,sig chi,pi kapp,dtd

bottom houses:
dsig,ato,snu,psi u,shady,beta,phi sig,triangle

rankings within tiers for frats does matter more so than sororitys but this pretty much accurate (sorry dsig but ur not mid if u only mix w kd and dphie<3)
