kappa recruits based on a "glitter and glue" idea where you're either the pretty and facey members (glitter) or you're the personality members who keep the sisterhood (glue). like recruits like. my friend was pretty offended when she was told she was a glue and not a glitter........

This was an exaggerated post although I’m sure a lot was true. I know kappa uses glitter and glue and I know a lot of the other sororities have rankings some use slide shows of photos. It’s all the same crap,
Just ‘beta’ was exposed and what a coincidence it happened the week of rush.

Like the usual 50 different rankings and “do I have a chance at ____” posts don’t clog the feed? Kinda hard to find the actually interesting stuff when you’re scrolling through all those
