So I heard a rumor that AOII owns ADPi house, can someone confirm or deny this?

my mom was in the AOPi chapter here way back in the day before it was gone. They're house was Sammy's old house (Deeph's current one). They're nationals owned the sammy house at the time, they may still now but def not the adpi house.

My mom is also an AOII from Michigan. The last I heard, (about this time last year)AOII still owns Sammy's (DEEPHS) house. That is why when Deeph rented it out AOII's nationals decided to lease SAE's house instead. (Since it would have been rude to kick Deeph out after Gamma Phi's nationals stopped leasing to Deeph when no girls would live in the house this year). It will be interesting to see if AOII and Deeph swap houses next year though.

They shut down in the 1990s because of low numbers. Just like zeta and dz.
