literal snobs. total rich LA/NY vibes no personality and have firm friends groups inside the sorority. there is an artsy squad, stupid communication girl squad, and living off of daddy money

They ask you how much money your dad makes during recruitment.... really tells you how authentic these girls are when they don’t care about you just your daddy’s money! Says a lot about the girls that actually join this chapter too...

this is based off of the few girls i rushed who went kappa (mostly freshmen) and the girls i know from clubs (mostly upperclassmen), not rumors or reps: kappa is unexpectedly real, esp for a top tier sorority. they don't emphasize recruiting on looks, which is very respectable - every one i've met is just excellent at talking to people. niceness ranges from fake nice/gossipy to some of the kindest people i've met at u of m, so that might play into their ~controversial~ rep. call them loud or whatever, but hands down you cannot deny these girls are good at making a conversation. very cool, definitely some involved and high achieving girls among them.
