very nice and genuine guys honestly… always feel safe and wanted when ever I go to their parties… barely mix with anyone though so I kind of feel bad for the boys there

Throw some open parties for the GDIs of the world which might explain all these 5/5 ratings. With that being said, it's Theta Xi. They're not a 5/5 fraternity haha. Mix with bottom tier sororities like AGD, AEPhi, etc.
