Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 2.2 They are just not that impressive as a brotherhood. You get the feeling that they don't even like each other. Also their house smells like cheese, like queso monchego.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.0 LOL chill with the self ranks. These guys are not a top 10 fraternity. Open parties are alright and they have a decent at best brotherhood. They look down at people who are not in their fraternity.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.0 Love these boys. Cute, sweet, well spoken, driven guys. They all seem to really care about each other and always want to show girls a good time... and succeed.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.2 Lot of these reviews are so biased. Look, they're really good guys and have inarguably been climbing the past year or two. Wouldn't be surprised if they were lower top within another year.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.2 Bottom tier house. Pregaming with Phi Rho Alpha (a sorority that doesn't even exist). Further they only throw open parties because AGD doesn't even like to mix with them. Also merged with Sigma Pi awhile back so have no brotherhood just want numbers.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.8 Throw some open parties for the GDIs of the world which might explain all these 5/5 ratings. With that being said, it's Theta Xi. They're not a 5/5 fraternity haha. Mix with bottom tier sororities like AGD, AEPhi, etc.
