I really liked their indian rush chair, he seemed very sociable and would invite a bunch of my freshmen to parties. Really liked the brothers and how they let us cut the line

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.4 Theta Xi threw some wild welcome week parties and most of the brothers are chill but there's a couple that really turned me off. This weird indian kid kept talking gibberish at me, but most bros are chill.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.6 Heard some nasty rumors from my boy at Alpha Management that the owner of their house is going to sell the house if they can't get more brothers next rush. When I rushed last fall literally everyone that also rushed got a bid. They are not selective at all. Also there were so many renters living in their house it turned me off.
