Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.8 Realistically this is undoubtedly a top-tier fraternity, but probably won't be in a few years. Their past few pledge classes have been subpar to say the least, and being out of IFC and hence no pregame partners is going to hurt. Still one of the top 3, but mostly because of tradition.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.4 Easily was and still is the best frat on campus. Best house, hottest dudes, and solid pledge classes across the board. From a girls perspective they are the most fun house to party at despite some guys are ridiculous. Doesn't seem to matter they are off campus, I'll always go back.
