Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.0 had a bad encounter with a guy in pike who flipped because I wouldn't put out and that seems to be the culture at the house. these guys are really hot though and if you talk to them when are sober they are actually really nice guys and very friendly.

The reason why their parties are great with Freshmen girls is due to the house, which they will lose soon to Sigma Nu next year. Let's see what happens when Pikes become homeless. After that, people start realizing how much open parties suck. Notorious around campus for being pretty boys that desperately want to be tier 1, but aren't.
