Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.8 Fun group of guys to party with. Especially their big parties. Some guys are kinda awkward at the mixers but no real creepers. Always have a good time there, worth checking out.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.6 Pikapp has some frat stars but also some awkward guys. They've been growing a lot the past couple years and I'd definitely say they're on the rise. The guys I know are all chill and love to party, not douchey

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 2.8 I have a few friends in pikapps & absolutely love them. However, the majority of the guys in this house are losers who desperately joined because they didn't get a bid from any other house (and didn't want to end up joining shady). Known for their annual pank party. Parties aren't that great though... always filled with GDIs only
