Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.5 very fratty, professional, exclusive and still generally nice guys compared to similar houses. will be getting worse since their new house is garbage. also with pike/zbt close by.. it will hurt them big time.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.8 Theta Chi and Phi Psi tie for top house. theta chi is just more chill and less douuchey. phi psi is more involved. both are very stuck up in opposite ways, with everyone deep down liking theta chi a lot more.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.8 phi psi is the most well rounded top fraternity there is out there. mostly hot guys, campus leaders, party heads. everyone knows them, not just a freshman pull like pike/sammy. new house next year may mean less popular pregame tho.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.8 These boys occasionally get the reputation of being douchey and stuck-up, however honestly, every time I go there I am greeted with smiles and hugs and I have a fabulous time. And they have the most consistently hot guys on campus. They love to party and have a good time but these guys are smart and are always interesting to have a conversation with.
