Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.5 phi psi is the most exclusive. with a downgraded house next year theyll lose their previously held large lead along side a frat formerly known as SAE. phi psi is still jumping with joy ever since sae kicked off but wont be jumping as high/proud to avoid crumbling their new fragile dump-of-a-home.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 2.8 These guys are definitely the best looking on campus along with pike. That being said, most of them are overly consumed with their looks, money, and getting girls. not many genuine guys at all. most girls in top sororities will go there if they want to hook up, never to hang out with friends.

Girls like them... but they are hated among fraternities because they are stereotyped as being soft. It will be interesting to see how they handle their little pathetic house next year
