Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.8 Look, no matter what anyone else says, Phi Psi is easily the best Frat on campus. They have the best pregames, party with top sororities and have the best guys. Not to mention that there brotherhood is completely solid and they have several annex houses throughout the campus. Out of about 300 freshman who try to get a bid in the fall and winter, they only give out about 30-40 per year. They don't through any open parties because they don't have to. Girls just want to party with Phi Psi guys
