Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 1.0 In reality they are still a top tier, but their "best" days are long gone, and they are slipping like fishes without a house to catch them. My house is really over them. I gave them a 1 to cancel out the loads of selfranks, but more accurately they are: hot: 4, pop: 5, class: 1, involvement: 2, fun: 4, brotherhood: 2.
