Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.8 have a pre game partner with pi phi next year which is definitely a step up. on top of that, they have mixers with higher mid tiers like DG, Adpi is always there, and all the girls love the guys. definitely classy frat, not douchey, parties are average but fun. nicest frat house on campus.
