Delta Tau Delta - ΔΤΔ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.8 Not the most popular house, kinda out of the way but they really do have some great guys. It's a solid middle tier place that keeps to themselves and doesn't deserve some of the hate they're getting. At any rate this place has a solid tailgate spot.

No idea how they got that pregame house but its probably what made a lot of people realize they exist. Maybe improving but definitely middle tier.
