Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.4 I don't get all the hate for chi psi. No they're not top tier, but lots of girls from different sororities love these guys. They are moving up and their fall '13 PC was definitely full of cuties. These guys are chill and fun to mix with.
