Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.4 Not Number One but considering that SAE is pretty much done, pike is losing their house and was caught hitting girls and Theta Chi is dying, These guys are in that mix now. Id say them and Sig Ep are equal.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 4.8 Pros: They have the last of the frat castles on campus. Their past 2 PC's have moved the house up a ton and that should continue. They run the middle tier and still have mixers and pregames with top tiers. Very smart guys (lot of engineers). Cons: The house is withering (rumor they are getting it redone this summer but we'll see), still have pledge term (unlike SAE, Sig Ep or Sammy), its still the mix pit so your gonna have the best guys and some weird ones thrown in.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Michigan Ann Arbor - UM 3.2 chi phi is a fun place to go, but they are not nearly this high in the ratings. Top 10 for sure.. maybe even top 6. But not top 3. They are the only frat castle left so we will see what happens.. but for now they are middle tier by all means
