What is the difference between AXO and Chi O

Hi! I'm going through recruitment in a couple of days and am kind of confused on the difference between Chi O and AXO. I met AXO girls at tabling in the fall I think and they seemed really cool but I also heard about Chi O and am confused if they're different or what because their names are like the same...LOL
