can someone summarize what aephi did? i'm an alum from some years back and curious what put the nail in the coffin?

got caught hazing last spring, got put on probation, somehow violated it fall 2015 and got put on cease and desist right before recruitment 2016. they couldn't take a new pledge class at all. we just now found out about their sanctions - they're on social and disciplinary probation until fall 2017 and have to make a new pledge process that will get approved by their HQ

you realize what they were found guilty of was alcohol policy violations right... something that my organization participates in, this organization participated in, and I'm assuming your organization participates in as well...

stop self ranking. even if you dont get kicked off campus, no one's going to want to associate with you after this whole affair. i hope you all take this time to seriously reflect and improve upon your sisterhood. if you make some real changes, i'm sure people will forgive and forget.

I'm going to be real and say it: it's not fair that AEPhi gets a harsh punishment when XO has been doing worse things to girls for years. So even if AEPhi was wrong, why does XO continually get to get away with it? Double standard.

Good to see that they're not letting themselves fall apart over what happened last spring. They've really stepped up their presence on campus, which is what they really needed. It'll be interesting to see how recruitment plays out for them
