Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at American University - AU 3.4 Nice kids who are very LGBT inclusive and invite freshman to parties which was ideal as a newcomer to AU. Their parties went from solid to not good as the year went on last year. Their parties ended up lacking a hype atmosphere.
