What frats are good here

What’s the good frats here? A buddy that goes to UF said Greek rank is usually spot on since it’s anonymous and people tell the truth since rush week is fake and doesn’t give you what you want to hear. Just looking for one that has good guys, throws fun parties, and girls like. Not looking for complete douches who only party but not a group of weirdos either.
