Work needs to be done and they know it. They are holding everyone else down, yet members of the other sororities on campus have to go out of their way to really show what Greek Life on UWF campus is made of or NO BODY is going to come out the winner this year. They are making hard on everyone. :(

One great thing ive noticed about Phi Sigs is that they don't all "match." You can't tell a Phi Sig from her hair color or her looks. You can tell that each girl is accepted for being herself and that's a pretty awesome trait to find in a sorority

Stop being so obsessed with trying to portray the TSM stereotype and actually work on strengthening your chapter. Bashing other greeks is not a great way to recruit the strong pledge class you'll definitely be needing this year.

Just as "another point of view" your sister is not a KA sweetheart.. and everyone is burnt out on the fraternity phil events. To be on top you need to have a strong GPA and have leaders on campus, it's not simply winning events.

Not the best sisterhood but individually they are pretty cool and super fun. They're trying to step up their game, I just hope it works.

I believe that this sorority has some great girls in it, BUT their reputation is being dragged down by girls who don't respect themselves. The sorority is finally getting on track with cleaning up their reputation, but aren't able to keep the girls in line. Phi Sigs love each other very much, and will do anything for their sisters, but they shouldn't sometimes, because it tends to get them in trouble. Its a sorority that has done well in the past and is having a rough patch.
