Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of North Georgia - UNG 3.8 It's very difficult to begin a new chapter in any sorority, but this sorority has done so well at it! I didn't rush with them, but I've been so impressed with the girls that have. Some really sweet girls are in there and even though I'm not a part of their sisterhood, I can still say with confidence that I think it's a great one.
