Fraternities ranked based on brotherhood

Tier 1) ΣΧ and ΑΤΩ: take a walk down hopkins on a friday to see these guys all habing a blast together at juicebox or cade. Always playing games and hanging out together to close out the week and pregame happy hour. These are the guys that actually like to be around one another and not just steal eachothers girls.

Tier 2) ΤΕΦ ΖΨ: similar to above but dont have as much of a presence in oldtown on a Friday afternoon before happy hour. Tep guys are always hooping out front, zeta psi guys always coming up with fun games and having bhood bonfires.

Tier 3) ΔΣΦ ΛΧΑ: dsigs presence is harder to see because of where there chap is but theyre always together. Fraternity you always see at bents on a tuesday having a beer and a good time. Lambda boys always doing something behind vegas and this new chapter house is pretty cool for them too.

Tier 4) ΘΧ ΣΝ: this is where the dropoff starts and its something that isnt talked about enough. Both of these fraternities will throw side events and not invite kids they think are weird or not invite kids to keep a good ratio. Ive heard numerous people sleeping with eachothers aw dates and da boxing eachother out at socials or at the bar when someones trying to talk to a girl, its just kinda sad tbh. These are considered top fraternities but it really is war here.
