Explanation of the 5 relevant frats

Sigma Nu - Snu has been good on campus for a while, they got a good class this spring and have good incoming juniors and seniors as well. Their party house is good. They have good relations with the top sororities. definitely a frat you should rush in the fall
Theta Chi - Have been on a up for a while now ever since the merge with phi delt, got a really good fall pc this year and have a lot of cool kids. They have a really good young class of guys, their incoming sophomores and juniors are cool. Their party house is at their chap and is a good house. Big in size and have good parties. Also have good relations with top sororities. Another frat you should rush.
TEP - If you are jewish rush them. they are a really fun group of guys and get lit. they always get big pc’s in the spring i think they got around 40 guys this past spring which is huge. They also throw parties at their chap and they are good. Closest with aephi but they also social with Aphi and tri delt a lot, they have good relations as well. If your jewish def rush them
Sigma Chi - Have a solid group of guys but have def fallen off a bit over the years. Losing calvert def hurts them a bit but i’m pretty sure they got a new party house and def something to look out for. Think they got decent sized pcs this fall and spring. Also they have two really sick pregame houses for hh pre. Don’t have as good of relations as the ones up top when it comes to aphi and tridelt, but have good theta, Axid, and kd relations.
Ato - Now ik i talked about sig chi falling off but this is a frat that has really fallen off. they got a ton of squids this year, im pretty sure if you can breathe you can get an ato bid these days. Their party house is brick which is so ass. upperclassmen are cool but their seniors who just graduated are gonna suck for them cuz they were cool. the new seniors are gonna have to hard carry to save them from not becoming super ass in a year. Still somehow have alright relations, not the greatest with aphi and tridelt but they have good kd and theta relations.
