Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Maryland, College Park - UMD 5.0 Don't know why everyone hates on them. They dont have a house on the row, but the seem to have great brotherhood and really make it work without one. Last few pledge classes are definitely cooler than the older guys though

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Maryland, College Park - UMD 1.0 Been around since '07/'08? This fraternity can't even maintain 30 members for the full school year, while newer fraternities starting up are double their size, probably more. I would say that Phi Psi may have potential to grow in the future if they live that long, but from what I am seeing, they are still struggling with numbers.
