Should a national sorority come to campus?
by: Greek girl
Greek life is an incredible part of campus culture - the sisterhood, leadership, philanthropy, and lifelong friendships are what make it so special. But one thing that doesn’t get talked about enough is how expensive joining a Panhellenic sorority can be, and how many amazing students walk away from recruitment simply because of cost.
That’s why a nationally established, non-Panhellenic sorority is looking to expand to Alberta and bring an affordable, all-inclusive sorority option to campus. Dues would be under $150 CAD per semester and would include a custom sweater, swag, charter, pledge pin, membership badge, initiation fees, and all membership-related costs with no hidden fees or out-of-pocket expenses.
This would be a real sorority experience built on sisterhood, leadership, philanthropy, and community, just without the financial barrier. We’re currently looking for 10-15 founding members who want to build something meaningful, create a legacy on their campus, and be part of a sisterhood
If you’ve ever wished there was a sorority option for you, this is your sign. 💙✨
