This used to be a really solid sorority, but recent events have shown that the girls in this sorority thrive off of drama. They’re also incredibly clique-y and I can’t imagine them being an inviting group of people.

The group has had a rough go but are really bouncing back. They are finally finding their footing and everyone is settling in to being comfortable 24/7. I see them accomplishing amazing things in the future.

honestly such a fun group of girls. the new members have come in for a more cohesive group. you can tell that their image is improving and they are becoming better leaders. super approachable and ive met them a few times at parties and theyve always been really nice to me. you can tell they are all friends and support eachother in different ways.

This year aoii has had a really rough go. The division in chapter keeps growing and chapter members have been recruiting during the year when they should be focusing on school and the sisterhood they have right now. Wish they would be more involved with the agds more. Hopefully elections will change things up a bit!

There is a clear divide in this group based on who parties and who doesnt, although there are girls/friendships that cross this divide. Sisterhood is pretty strong. Very nice and welcoming girls.

Honestly, this sorority doesn't care about it's alumnae unless it's to get money from them (fundraisers, selling tickets to events, fulfilling requirements, etc). Moreover, there is such a clear distinction between the popular girls, and everyone else. It has always been a clique, but it's getting worse since they keep recruiting pretty, popular girls who are becoming the dominant ratio of members within the chapter. Lastly, since the ratio of girls is changing, they really only vote their friends into leadership roles. Good luck if you aren't part of the popular clique.

Love the chapter. Personally, I have had better experiences with AOII versus the other sorority on UCalgary campus. They seem very friendly, down to earth, and genuine. I think they bring a lot to campus life in general!
