Heard DPHIE could close?

I keep hearing that DPHIE is on a special status because they have a low membership currently. I think they got like 5-6 members which is really small from what they used to be like 35-40 members which is a HUGE gap. But with this massive fallout they had I wouldn’t be surprised plus I heard some of their advisors are quite troublesome and keep deleting all the ranks.

Do you think they are gonna close? What do yall think about DPHIE?
